Kutum, Sudan, 1967: A cube-shaped “satellite” weighing about three tonnes was found about 50 miles (80 km) from Kutum. It consisted of numerous smaller cubes fastened together with a “silky material”. The local authorities took photographs and “with difficulty cut samples”. No inscriptions were evident on the outer surface.
